Privacy Policy

How Trinity Environmental handles information connected with this website and the choices available to visitors.

Effective date: September 28, 2026

Privacy Policy Terms of Use Cookie Policy

1. Scope and overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Trinity Environmental ("Trinity," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information through www.trinityenvgroup.com and pages that link to this policy (the "Site").

This policy applies to information collected through the Site and to information a visitor chooses to send by email or provide by phone after using the Site. It does not replace privacy terms that may apply under a separate client, employee, vendor, or project agreement.

2. Information we collect

Information collected automatically

When a visitor accesses the Site, Trinity's hosting, security, and technical service providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address and general network information;
  • browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings;
  • date and time of access, requested pages or files, referring page, and similar server-log information; and
  • security, error, and diagnostic information used to detect abuse and maintain availability.

Optional analytics information

If a visitor accepts analytics cookies, the Site may use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"). Depending on Trinity's configuration, Google Analytics may process a pseudonymous client identifier, session and page-interaction information, approximate location derived from network information, and browser or device details. Trinity does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.

Analytics remains off unless and until the visitor selects Accept Analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the Site.

Information a visitor provides

The Site does not currently include a contact form, account, payment system, upload feature, newsletter signup, job application, or client portal. If a visitor contacts Trinity by email or phone, Trinity may receive contact details, the content of the communication, and any project or business information the visitor chooses to provide.

Visitors should avoid sending sensitive personal information through ordinary email unless Trinity has arranged an appropriate method for the communication.

3. How we use information

Trinity may use information described above to:

  • operate, deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Site;
  • respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services;
  • understand Site usage and improve content, navigation, and performance when analytics consent has been provided;
  • detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, or technical problems;
  • comply with law, legal process, and enforceable governmental requests; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect the rights, safety, and property of Trinity and others.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use strictly necessary storage to remember a visitor's cookie choice and may use analytics cookies only after consent. The Cookie Policy explains the technologies, purposes, typical durations, and available controls.

5. When information may be disclosed

Trinity may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • hosting, security, analytics, communications, and technical service providers that process information on Trinity's behalf;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or other advisers subject to appropriate duties;
  • government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security; and
  • a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of Trinity's business, subject to applicable law.

6. Sale, sharing, and advertising

As the Site is presently designed, Trinity does not sell personal information for money, use Site information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or knowingly use Site information for targeted advertising. The Site is not currently configured for Google Ads, remarketing, advertising personalization, or Google Analytics advertising features.

Trinity will review and update this section and the Site's consent controls before enabling advertising, remarketing, audience-building, or similar features.

7. Data retention

Trinity retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operational, security, business, legal, and recordkeeping needs. Retention periods may vary by information type. Analytics information is retained according to Trinity's GA4 settings and Google's applicable controls. Email or phone communications may be kept as needed to respond, manage business records, or meet legal obligations.

8. Privacy choices and rights

Visitors can reject optional analytics through the Site's consent banner and later revisit that choice through the Cookie Settings link. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, although deleting the consent preference may cause the banner to appear again.

Depending on where a visitor lives and subject to applicable law, the visitor may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and to appeal a decision on a privacy request. Some rights are subject to exceptions and may not apply to every person or every type of information.

To submit a privacy request, contact info@trinityenvgroup.com. Trinity may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before responding. If an appeal process is required by applicable law, appeal instructions will be included in Trinity's response.

9. Information security

Trinity uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Trinity cannot promise absolute security.

10. Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including maps, LinkedIn, email applications, and Google services. Trinity does not control those third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and settings.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Trinity does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact Trinity using the method below.

12. U.S. operation and international visitors

The Site is operated for a United States audience, and Trinity's services are currently presented as Texas-focused. Information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in another jurisdiction.

13. Changes to this policy

Trinity may update this policy to reflect changes in the Site, technology, business practices, or law. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how previously collected personal information is used, Trinity will provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.
